From quarterly newsletter "The reeling facility we contracted to do this work quoted us 20 days to process all of these cocoons into thread. We had experience with this company in 2015, when they refined Monster Silk™ thread for us, but this was the first time they worked directly with our cocoons"

Ray , I ask you..... if you were KIM would you have simply shipped the cocoons to them in hopes for success? To me this just should not have happened.
We can beat this horse to death but it won't change the facts. 1. This was handled incorrectly. 2. This was a cover up to warrant a delay in schedule. I don't like either choice.

Yes we must go forward as always, but there should be no repeated events. And this should be overlooked but not forgotten.

However to deny it happened is not constructive or beneficial for our future.

I'm looking forward to success not blunders in the coming weeks and months.

Management overcomes obstacles or prevents them. Successful management never uses preventable failures as an excuse.... never. Yet....
