You won't find me saying growing mulberry or growing worms is impossible in the USA.
I have always stated that silk for the fashion industry will never be produced here feasibly.
It can not be profitable without a premium.

IMO our dragon silk will be about $200k a ton for a wholesale price.
It will not be processed inside the USA.
It will be grown here.
That will meet the government regulations.

Mulberry grows wild here and anyone can grow silkworns. It's the processing that is labor intensive.

Bring reeling to the USA and even DS would be too expensive to be feasible.
