...And if you really want to go crazy with the model, you would need a PPS of 45 to arrive at a price/sales ratio of 2 (the biotech average is 5, so that's conservative). If there's a 30% BO premium, the bottom line for you is $31.

If you jack the price up to 60, then the PPS goes to $68 (to maintain the price/sales ratio of 2), and the 30% BO discount drops it to $47.6.
