You beat me to the punch. And yes, you did make the same mistake as did I.

My question of the last 24 hours has centered on how, if at all, the Delek move has any effect at all on ALDW. I think Delek brings expanded opportunity to us in ALDW. There may be a blending of assets and that would probably be accretive to us early on in the process.

An MLP is shielded from ho9stile interference from the outside due to its special tax-privileged status. Moves must be approved by the BOD of ALDW and in most instances will require acceptance by us ownership participants.

For now, though, let's all breathe a sigh of relief, knowing we're not about to be swallowed up, thus losing our identity. As for today? I'm expecting we will close above $11.50.
