If the UK or Israeli situation works out at ALL, they should be profitable from here on out. That's a big IF and based on their history, I wouldn't count on them making the right moves.

OS is at 16,099,715,000
Based on their history, they should be selling shares right after the quarterly report, and may increase the AS again as well.
If they do start showing profits, the reverse split will come pretty quick in my opinion. It'll be a piece of cake for them to essentially wipe out all retail shareholders and have the large stakeholders still control the same percentage of the company they hold currently.
