Contracts in Peru

Any contracts with WOGI-SAA would have to be WRITTEN and REGISTERED in Peru. Otherwise, it has zero legal enforceability. This information coming directly from a well-established law firm with over 20+ years in Lima specializing in exactly these kinds of dealings.
