Samuel Armacanqui, Ph.D. Dr. Armacanqui brings 25 years of field experience in every facet of the Oil, Gas and Mining industries to the management team of WOGI. Dr. Armacanqui's official start date will be effective August 01, 2015, in order for him to complete his obligations to his existing employer and for WOGI ramp up operations in new markets. The term of the Agreement is for 15 years.

An agreement with terms is a contract. Contracts can be verbal or written.

Dr. Sam was the WOGI COO so he must have read the PR. He is such an outstanding Peru citizen that the agreement/contract must be true. Call him and ask.
