typically if a movie company puts in a % of the $ to fund the project, studios and others will come in and put up the rest. i think that is what we are seeing here, as obviously the company has put up money with the recordings, etc.

new debt can't be converted right away, it has to age especially with an SEC fully reporting company where as with a non reporting pk, they could 'fudge' the numbers since no audit.

Buy it, trade it, hold it, ignore it... do whatever your want, just
don't do it because of what I say.
