Wow - how does that work? I'm not familiar with movie funding. Do studios normally fund an independent project, and do you think this is convertible funding. Some convertible funding terms allow for immediate conversion. I hope that is not the case if this is convertible. If it isn't we may have a great window where there is no dilution as the old convertible seems near pay-off. Your thoughts?
