Ken - these guys have other sources of income (although they are getting paid plenty right now from us) and it's absurd to think Bob L will develop a successful business. The table from the EC's filing clearly shows they are collecting paychecks for a No show job and looking to milk this as long as they can. They had a bit of a win in IMHO yesterday by getting the extension to come up with a biz plan agreed to which provides them another couple months pay, keep the dream alive of bonuses, stave off the notion of liquidation for a bit, and a chance to cobble together whatever nonsense they will present of the new direction of Securepoint Tech (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang flying car anyone?!)

Chris Roberts is a part time CFO paid by the hour so this is just another gig. Turmelle is in New Hampshire doing nothing and collecting whatever he gets for his BOD seat oh and lets not forget all the bonuses/CiC payments that are in the works.

I implore you to study that document more carefully and see how it spells out how even if we go fwd with them how its rigged against shareholders AGAIN.
