I think most would assume no maintenance because well... there isn't any.
Any problems are covered by warranty's, inverter is covered by its own warranty, panels are covered by their own warrant...so what maintenance is the owner responsible for again? Oh, you must mean the "if it doesn't rain, you need to hose them down after several months of dust accumulation"...

I take full responsibility for that maintenance. Although sometimes I sub it out to my kids, they love playing with the hose, although sometimes I regret is because they get me with it.
