That is not true - Dan always said he was a large shareholder - Form the court fillings it is confirmed that he and his family have supplied 500K in funds to this project.

That is putting one's money where their mouth is. He believed in Scott and the project - Scott failed him - Dan took action to replace him.

Many many many pinkies are scams - However, have you ever heard of a "scam" where there is court documents showing that the President of the scam invested 500K into the stock??????
