Dan didn't invest $500k as president.

Dan was a sucker. He was conned by scott. He was so gullible that he took other people's money and sank it all into this scam.

This is why there are court papers showing this. Because the people who's money he took trusted him to not invest in a scam and sued him.

He lost.

Now he has to find a way to pay them back before they take everything he owns for restitution.

That's his goal here. Just make back what he lost.

All he needs is a believable story.
He tried with IGEX. I wouldn't doubt that he was conned by that scam as well.
Now that deal is dead he needs something else.

There is nothing else.
That's why we only get silence.

I understand people wanting to have faith.
But after the treatment that Scott gave shareholders I would think people would not be so willing to follow the same act so blindly.

Isn't it obvious that the things Dan said he would do are not going to happen?
Do you really think the "251g" and "finra guy vacation" excuses still hold water?

If the deal was going to happen it would have already.
