Hi Tom, I believe your downward bias is correct without any news. Volume has been low and minutes go by without s trade. The trades that do occur are small. Many are less than 100 shares. Without news, there isn't much incentive to drive stock up. The way I see it, whoever believes we have the goods are long and waiting for the catalyst news (Rhett's trial, partnership, patent approval) to hit and then we will see a nice pop. Until then, those that are not strong believers may have already started to lighten up and may continue to do so. The trading patterns for the last week or so seem to be traders. Buy in the morning and sell in the afternoon. To me it may make more sense to buy a few minutes before the close and sell the next morning after a brief run. Since I am a believer, I'm just going to hold and wait it out. If it drops a buck, then some lucky souls will be able to get in cheaper than today. If it goes up from here, I'll be happy I didn't lose out on any profits by timing the moves. With all that said, I can't believe we will go much longer without any news. I believe we will hear something big within 3 weeks, let's say by Tuesday, May 16th end of day. Time will tell.
