Thanks for your feedback. Great insight you provided. I missed that the URL was flipped to third party for 1.5 million. That was definitely underpriced. Value should be closer to 10 million because that's what Fund paid originally or just slightly under this amount.

I understand that AdvisorShares already missed the deadline for the third and possibly fourth installment payment. So they might be having an issue raising money to pay the settlement.

I agree that there's merit to suing for fraud/damages.

$4 million payout is a conservative estimate for payout. Less attorney fees and an approximate 867,000 shares outstanding would put us at a low range of $4-$5 a share. We could go much higher but he just need to see how this unfolds.
