Not enough information yet, we need to know the terms of the settlement. All we know now is that they are paying interest for the 2.5 million outstanding. Nobody knows if there is a deadline or other stipulations. There is too much speculation, let's just look at what we have so far.

We know we are due 2.5 million plus interest from AdvisorShares (less the 300K that they've paid) and we know that Galanis sold the URL for 1.5 million and Thomas is trying to get the URL back or the value of the URL (which he values at 10 million in his filing).

So if we get it back and sell it for 1.5 million plus the 2.5 million we are due, you're looking at 4 million. If it's actually worth 10 million you're looking at 12.5 million.

Beyond that there are a lot of different things. The elusive "was 20 now 5 million dollar CD", the money AdvisorShares already paid (I think 2.something million), the "assets" that we were supposed to have owned on the balance sheet(more than likely fictitious), then anything we can recover for fraud/damages.

Worst case scenario I think we are looking at $4 million, regardless of what the source might be. I think in the end we are going to be glad Berke didn't pay out the settlement because we will end up getting more in the end.

The way things went with the loans, things are looking up for shareholders, possibly way way up.
