divert and deflect *cant* ignore Non Retails' issues specific to PTOI's *volume*

which is why a few years ago i challenged *all with interest* to find a comparable OTC *target*
and note what the comps revealed against OTC SURVIVORs like P2O .. needless to say it was never *done* ..
that is why it is so nice to see *volume* comps from another cycle of money *target* on the OTC ..
even tho' there is little else by way of comparison to the 2 .. beyond comp's IO *now* to PTOI's IO

note that comp's cycles of money in play by Non Retail is visible for all (volume) .. it's also why
a few weeks ago .. when first referenced .. i noted the *hand off* on CEs' *take DOWN* was en route ..
this too is a tried and true pattern .. as is generating almost identical *volume* for respective cycles
and the one pattern that highlights NRs' algos re: *trading* .. the 10 and 90 day avgs .. essentially being a mirror image

this is SOP on the OTC .. and has actually morphed up on exchange traded stocks

bottom line is .. PTOI has the tech .. independent validation .. multi year permits .. and an MOU
and it's all wrapped up in a sector that is emerging *globally* .. imo it doesn't get much better than that
re: risk/reward .. particularly since *volume* is now on par (albeit *less* so) than 2009 .. because
when market manipulators *cant* CONtroll liquidity via their usual MO .. it's because they are significantly UPSIDE DOWN

it's why *volume* matters and the less there is on an OTC SURVIVOR .. it refutes in total what has
been accessed at every *cycle* since OTC SURVIVOR first began *trading*

btw .. P2O's current CEO also articulated in his 3 2016 Shareholder Updates .. *ancillary* material events

imo those ancillary material events' implemented also *change* CEs' 9 year rigged game in total re: PTOI
