Actually it was answered, a stock with a lower AS,OS and Float. What is amazing is now the years have been increased either way 1 year doesn't change a damn thing as both are scams and that one has an even lower share structure than this turd of a scam.

divert and deflect *cant* ignore Non Retails' issues specific to PTOI's *volume* which is why a few years ago i challenged *all with interest* to find a comparable OTC *target* and note what the comps revealed against OTC SURVIVORs like P2O .. needless to say it was never *done* ..
