Also in a March PR they said there were approx. 18 million shares outstanding, then in the 10-K released last week it states there was 19.5 million issued and outstanding shares as of Dec 31st.

Not to mention their G&A spending for Q4 was absolutely atrocious. A $300,000 increase and the bottom line crashed to over a $800,000 loss. I would love to see the list of "Consulting Services" and "Advertising" they paid for in detail.

Told everyone to watch the EPS, they reported a very unexpected(-.05).

Spending seems to be out of control and couple that with like 3.5 million shares appearing out of nowhere since THE MARCH PRESS RELEASE WHERE THEY SAID 18 MILLION WERE OUTSTANDING, and we're really getting screwed here in my opinion. Plus they're now saturated in promissory notes backed by shares, some with ratchets, and those fucking royalty fees are starting to look like a plague.

Bunch of bullshit if you ask me. One lie and game after another with no concern to the people they affect or the laws they're possibly breaking. Makes me wonder if whoever is calling the shots is mentally stable enough to actually be in the position they are or if they're just a straight up sociopath.

We have a 5%+ position taken with no updates or filing.
An unannounced recall that affected our performance & bottom line.
A flat out lie about shares issued and outstanding in the March PR.
Lies in PR's about how many revenue generating units were leased.
And the lie about the Chase Financial loan last summer.

Hate to say it but there could be enough shit here for a properly filed SEC complaint to get this halted if they decide to conduct an investigation.
