What can we expect from a guy that filled candy machines and ran a "tax resolution" company that probably took people's money like a real estate " foreclosure relief " outfit But now he's taking our money. I might have to get out of this at .40 if I can...
Also I'm not a securities attorney ... Is the company playing in the margins of what's legal or illegal related to accurate filings, PRs, major share purchasers or holders...I don't know. I think the PRs can be anything they want them to be but they have to come clean in any SEC filing to keep themselves out of jail.. Also can't cite them as the only company to bullshit investors ... Just don't know how long I want to wait around ..if I sell now and then they get 5000 units on the road in 2017/18 and increase earnings to near $1 mil a year and stock goes to $1. I don't want to be going ARRGGHH! and have to change my name to Sold2soon. By the way Sobbie good job finding Lucky Draw on page 30 ...I glossed right over it.
