Obviously it had to be entered into the filing, they did what was required as they always do.. I highly doubt they will just lay down.. i expect dr jon will aggressively fight this in court and a proper ruling based on facts from both sides will be given.. facts are that the company was not aware of litigation and otherwise no doubt would have shown up to represent themselves.. morgan knew full well how his lawyer could have contacted them as he is an active shareholder of ttcm.. whats morgans reason for not doing so? Something seems shady on his end
