I don't care about if they knew or didn't know about the court date. What I do care about is a statement on the 10-K/A that shows the $2.3 million default judgement. If you can explain how, without filing a document with the courts, that this judgement will change or be removed in any future SEC filings. Anything short of answering this will be viewed as just smoke and mirrors as this is the crux of the matter. Once it is in the SEC document it is concrete no matter what anyone says about motives or this or that.
