I am not trying to offend you KC by saying this, but we all need to read the filing for what it says. There is not a .75 limit per share. The company can sell them for whatever price they can get based on our closing share price on a day, in day out basis.

Note 2 on first page of the filing: "The offering price has been estimated solely for the purpose of computing the amount of the registration fee in accordance with Rule 457(c) under the Securities Act. The price per share and aggregate offering price are based on the average of the high and low sales prices of the registrant’s common stock on April 17, 2017, as reported on the OTC Markets (OTCQB)."

They can sell them for 5 or 10 dollars a share if they are able to... which is of course very good news.
