Correct, again people fear what they do not understand; This is simply how shares are registered to be sold. I’ve done my best at explaining it, let me try a different angle. For the sake of argument I’ll make something up, let’s say that a fat cat who knows Lebby or Fred Decides to buy 2.5 million shares, easy , they negotiate with LPC for a fair price, (after all if they were to buy them on the street it would be get out of control). Bam Done, now LPC has half as many shares and obviously the 2.5 guy is long. The share price can now move north, Lightwave can still pull down cash because they already paid that 400k fee, LPC is under no pressure to sell on the street, and the fat cat will help see a return by purchasing perhaps another half million shares on the street, it is win win, and the line of credit is freed up. Or it can just go on as it is where when they need to pay bills they draw down money. You Can Not Operate a Business Without Cash. Always Best To Keep the Wolf Out At least 6 Months. We do not need Lebby Spending his time Raising Funds for Day To Day Operations That Would Be Foolish. IMO when a partnership is formed the LPC thing will be shut off, LPC will Push this up in a Frickin Heart Beat.

And yes proto you are correct just because the shares that LPC already owns are registered it does not mean they will sell them. Lightwave will however be increasing the Burn As New Talent is Brought On Board, I Do Not Have a Problem With Z and JM setting the Table For Lebby to do other things for us and Finally Get This Show Moving.

This could also involve a Partner, like I said there are a million ways to set the table, we will never guess it in advance.

I’m just sitting back watching the table get set, this happened on a Wednesday, not sure but some kind of Timeline is in Play.

Again some people tend always look for the worst case scenario, not sure what is up with that but that I what the fear mongers love. There are much worse ways to structure this.
