I wouldn't read this as an act of desperation. I think LWLG wants to negotiate with prospective partners from a position of strength exhibiting that LWLG could just as well take their product to market alone should partnership offer(s) be less than generous. LWLG doesn't need the world to think is is easy carrion pickings for the vulture capitalists. Unfortunately, this speculation if accurate, most probably means that a partnership isn't imminent. I would have hoped negotiations were further along and more friendly than prior talks based on recent accomplishments. I guess we will receive yet another buying opportunity. This better be the last one under a $1.00.
