I just read the TAUG motion and the Defendant's response. $5 poorer but still of the same opinion.

It pretty much is all TAUG had to offer (they "inadvertently" failed to make the jury demand on a timely basis in accordance with the rule) and they aren't likely to have their motion granted.

A waste of everyone's time and I still don't understand why the Judge would allow oral arguments.

I was given that information....I don't know.
