At some point during the day, they realized mistakes had been made. On 21 March, they tried to fix them, but didn't really get there:

And then the light dawned: They'd simply changed the name of the Nevada public shell:

That is where things stand now. OORV Acquisition no longer exists; it's been merged with McCusker Holding Corp (no S). The name of Oceanic Research and Recovery (ORRV, the public shell) has been changed to McCusker Holdings (with an S). But the latter, McCusker Holdings, is not a Texas company, and it hasn't merged with anything at all. The most recent filing was an amendment to change its name, filed on 21 March:
