I know of no such increase in the distribution, only that our CEO intended on bring the possibility of the issue to the BOD.

Has there been a declaration announcing the increase to which you refer?

Also, as a variable payer, I'd imagine the powers that be will want and need to justify an increase by running through the current quarter's earnings numbers.
