One of the most troubling parts of the Government's handling of this fiasco was when they change the CTBG distribution. A year after the initial distribution was made, they changed it.

With less than a week notice we were notified. I was hurt very badly .

I'll always think some money was made by brokerage and Government insiders. I forget the details, but as I recall, the insiders knew more than a month about the adjustment before we were notified.

Then there was the insane length of time it took to sell Jarvis' house. Taxes, fees, upkeep etc ate up much of the value.

I too think it's over.

Did Dial ever get out? I was not notified.
