In addition to the useful CARA discussions here, I will point out the Ph2b severe itch trial in UP patients was performed on top of the largely ineffective background or previously used meds. These include diphenhydramine, hydroxyzine, hydrocortisone and/or triamcinolone.

The CARA data was huge, and I have been pounding the table on CARA (at SI in particular) for a year at least. I plan to post my notes on the CC soon, as I just listened to it due to me being in the wilderness yesterday.
