I see some of your point which is well taken, what is a real tragedy though is that the sec has miserably failed to protect otc investors from professional predators who have freely fleeced small investors out of money. We will never agree on this as you deny it occurs even though there have been a small number (1) of enforcement actions regarding this very subject. A lame attempt to show they are protecting investors even though anybody with half a brain can clearly see the fleecing that has occurred . The market cap of the otc as a whole has been obliterated by offshore hedge funds .
That is a fact , not an opinion, hedge funds have proliferated and jump over each other to take otc money. This simply can not be denied. Nor can the orchestrated online efforts to degrade, defame , and destroy.
It became a cottage industry the past 15 years and there isn't much left to take.
The whole market needs to be forensically investigated, but fires , floods and the demolition of building 7 in 2001 have systematically destroyed evidence crucial to finding the truth.
These are all facts, not opinions.
Yes treaty may indeed be dead , but as long as there are antagonists out there it is alive as far as I'm concerned
