Oh... And Treaty Energy under "Chris Tesraski" has not filed SEC filings for 12 quarters, that's 3 years, all the while promising over and over and over that they would. Nothing but lies from this "new" management same as the "old" management.

Another 10-K is due in 1 week...

There will never be any filings from the gang of cons.

Game over and has been over for some time. The lies were all to keep the torches and pitchforks at bay. Damage control as Chris Tesarski himself said he spent most of his time doing for TECO in his SEC deposition.

Investors should be suing the Treaty's gang of cons individually and personally for the fraud and theft they have commited against TECO investors. Not the SEC who is trying to make them take responsibility for ripping everybody off.
