Tell me where it states you need a permit and a separate license? NOWHERE the permit is valid to grow 100%, until the state board comes into effect in 2018. OOps HUH kinda discredit's your post!

RAWMAN have you read CA PROP 64 in regards to licensing? So in the text it states this:

(a) A licensing authority shall give priority in issuing licenses under this division to applicants that can demonstrate to the authority’s satisfaction that the applicant operated in compliance with the Compassionate Use Act and its implementing laws before September 1, 2016, or currently operates in compliance with Chapter 3.5 of Division

And

(a) The bureau and licensing authorities may issue licenses under this division to persons or entities that hold licenses under Chapter 3.5 of Division 8. (Ca compassionate Use Act)

So if the company operated in compliance before Sept, 1 2016 they get priority...Wow that is cool wonder when PCG formed??? Well....
Looks like they are a valid company in CA and they have been around since 10/26/2015! WOW that's way before Sep 1 2016 check below.

From what I can tell the Board will be granting priority licenses to entities already in operation. It will still be a complete application process, but with I guess you could say a sort of "VIP" status, or grandfathered in clause. But that's just my spin on that text, I could be wrong on this, and I freely admit it.....

Also in regards to PCG's website, UHH they are a Cannabis Farm, what do you really expect them to have website wise? Why would they list their location or anything like that? I guess I am still a little burnt about the wild goose egg hunt your previous post sent me down, but man what's your spin? Why are you doing all this? Why do you devote your energy trying to influence the people on this board, with fake PR stories and misleading facts? I'm not hating just trying to understand.
