Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton's PR, which announced the "NON-BINDING TERM SHEET" to acquire Pacific Cannabis Growers indicates the grower is "PERMITTED" for a mixed-light indoor grow facility. This is a PERMIT, but there is no mention of Pacific Cannabis Growers actually being LICENSED to cultivate marijuana. PERMITTING AND LICENSING APPEAR TO BE TWO DIFFERENT REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS!

DOES PACIFIC CANNABIS GROWERS CURRENTLY HAVE A CULTIVATION LICENSE FROM HUMBOLDT COUNTY?

Humboldt County, home of Pacific Cannabis Growers, was swamped with 2300 LICENSE APPLICATIONS IN 2016, with the biggest volume submitted in December 2016. Competition??? The County is significantly "behind" in reviewing the license applications. Of the applications that have been reviewed thus far, approximately 70% have been deemed "incomplete" and have been returned to the applicants to be revised to conform with the statutory requirements. Also, commencing in JANUARY 1, 2018, even currently licensed cultivators will be REQUIRED TO SECURE A STATE OF CALIFORNIA LICENSE TO GROW EITHER MEDICAL OR RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA. If the applicant does not meet the CALIFORNIA STATE licensing requirements, the company will be precluded from further MJ cultivation! FYI...the STATE application procedure will be far more rigorous, including Department of Justice background checks, as compared to the current county and municipality application reviews.

Since the Pacific Cannabis Growers webpage is a "shell" listing a few MJ products, which appear to be nothing but "words", and includes no listed contact information, one needs to the question what THE CLOWN's "NON-BINDING TERM SHEET" really means! It's clear the webpage was "slapped together in hurry" to make it look like something really exists! The YouTube video is hoot! WONDER WHERE IT WAS SHOT!
