There are those who want the share price to go down so they can buy cheaper shares! That is OK...That is part of the market.

They speak of a failure. That would be the bladder cancer 1 year results...but while they showed only a small 1 year benefit...they did however succeed in showing an immune effect...and that immune effect has resulted in interim data trending towards superior 2 year results. This is important as BCG's weakness is the benefits are short lived. Further 2 year results will be seen THIS YEAR!

The lung cancer results have always been clearly positive...in fact trending toward doubling the efficacy of Opdivo alone! This is of course the largest and most important indication AND combination. Merck, BMS and AZN all have had some success with their checkpoint inhibitors...but only in the 15-25% range. A doubling of efficacy will be very big news. Further results will be seen THIS YEAR!

The Pelican drug deal brought along two very interesting drugs...and $15 million in funding to do a phase 1 of a drug described as "first-in-class" as a co-stimulator of CD8 T cells. This is very good news and it will be in the clinic THIS YEAR!

The Zika trial is starting THIS YEAR! The funding is for preclinical work and under the animal rule it may very well proceed very rapidly into human trials. Again this is nothing but good news!

For those who want to wait to buy cheaper shares their worst nightmare is that a partnership will be signed! Partnerships are frequently signed BEFORE data is made public. Like it or not BP's get to see the data under confidentiality agreements BEFORE they are released to the public. IMO HTBX shares are very cheap
