And, likely getting cheaper. Worth watching, worth holding sub .80 IMO. Otherwise, rose colored glasses generally only help one to find bags to hold. If it moves, lose a little on the way up. If it doesn't, lose nothing. What they might do means very little, just a forward looking tale IMO.
