After the conversion of Preferreds to Common shares, as of November 14, 2016, there were 35,618,044 common stock shares issued and outstanding.
I will search again but I can't find several million bonus shares.
What I did find is "We currently do not have any outstanding loan or line of credit with any bank or financial institution. We believe our available cash resources and expected cash flows from operations will be sufficient to fund operations for the next twelve months. We do not expect to incur any material capital expenditures during the next twelve months."
