and that is correct the ones who spent all there time watching and writing probably do feel stupid for not buying at OOAG's lower price like they could have for a long time.
In some cases share structure has value and can also pave the way to a faster turn around rather then starting from ground zero.
Tens of thousands of dollars is chump change when time is involved and in todays world.
Assets being gone in this case is probably a good thing, no liability to deal with.
So what if someone is in jail, that means zip here.
So what if the reporting is late, the paper pushers can fix that with a pen and some filings/fees.
Many times NOTHING is a great thing, just shares and some paper work.
