There is NOTHING left of the company.

The assets are all gone.
The reporting is years late.
There are tens of thousands of dollars in filings fees overdue, plus the CEO lost the original corporate charter when he forgot to pay and the guy from Black Dragon refiled under the same name and took it over. (Of course, that guy is in jail for tax evasion)

This is nothing but someone buying shares and then running it up on the hope that people are so stupid that they will rush in to buy for fear of being left behind.
