Well from what I can tell, this Ticker is still mostly an empty shell company.. a "Lost Puppy"

It appears to be an online Data Analysis or “Sample analysis” technology company for selling, Buying and marketing products. It would seem like the makings of a good Tech Company, but we don’t really know what it is yet or how they expect to make profits.. it’s a long way from being main stream company like Facebook.

A group of “partners” or venture capitalists, that have NOT been publicly named, has given Mr. McCrary $1.6M for start-up funds as of 6-16-2016. As we close in on the one year anniversary of this transaction, if it looks like a possible blunder for profitability, it may be just a matter of time until the debt holder dumps their equity of shares, which would be around this coming May or June 2017..
