PureSpectrum Inc of California is a privetly held company who inc. In Delaware as many corporations do these days. The filing you linked to was a form D to allow for private investors to make investments into the company at minimum of $100,000.00. Has nothing to do with the company publicly trade stock. It's not a new company, I can find them dating back to 2009 at least.....so you think they are just taking psru since its just the same name lol?

PSRU Is in the hands of Nathan Yoder. It will RM into Nutrafill LLC of Dawson GA. Dallas Boley will be named CEO. I guarantee it!
