Anybody else wondering what might have accounted for yesterday's juicy rise? I'll take a 2.7% rise any day of the week but it would be helpful if only we could figure out what systems are responsible for making the wheels turn on ALDW's machinery.

A couple of items that might account for the rise could include an expected relaxation in RINs, given Trump's stance on rolling back or eliminating altogether rules and regulations and taxes damaging the refiners' bottom lines. Also, his address this week failed to mention energy independence if I recall accurately. That certainly had me wondering why when we know energy sector changes have long been one of his top priorities. He's a high-impact player and I could believe he's deliberately been mum on the subject so that suspense could build and then he pulls the rug out from beneath the naysayers and makes us ALDW'ers rich overnight.

I've got 27 units and boy, are they ever lusting for a higher valuation. Yesterday I nearly added a whole unit in early trading but I chickened out. And as soon as I smelled my burning feathers, units began their climb.

If yesterday's rise tells me anything, it's that our market for units will rise and fall with no apparent mechanism leading the tour de force. But that hardly precludes anything of note. If anything, it tells me, at least, that forces in play are being deliberately disguised and/or hidden. And if this is the case, then somebody with at least 28 units (more than I can afford) is playing games aimed at forcing the market for this particular stock to appear fragmented and therefore an unreliable pick.

Yes, I do hold that we are witnessing a deliberately obfuscated and highly sophisticated manipulation. Towards what end? Obviously, money making. But how does the plan operate? And why aren't we able to see it or understand the layout?

There've got to be answers right in front of us. I'm just not smart enough to put things together.

HELP!!!
