moxa, there you go again with the Halliburton No Bid Contract bullshit.

In March 2003 there were 9 No Bid contracts awarded for work in Iraq...KBR ( Halliburton) got ONEof them. Bechtel, Pereni, URS, and Stevedore International also got N Bid contracts.

Pereni & URS's contracts were for $600 million. About the same value as KBR and Bechtel. Pereni and URS were controlled by Richard Blume. AKA Mr Diane Feinstein.

Most of KBR's work in Iraq was under their LOGCAP contract. Which was a bid contract.
