Thx Peter the half life increased by more than i expected. at the ASH cc i want to say the prelim t1/2 was about double at 50 or so hours if i recall correctly so this is even better for the 6 week timepoint. The trough levels are also impressively higher. as for the AML pt I have mixed feelings. Good news that a pt w presumably compromised marrow tolerated the drug (albeit at the lower .1 mg/kg dose). good news that the pt is on 6+ weeks of drug - certainly if peripheral blast counts were not dropping at all the pt would have stopped drug. not so good news i guess that peripheral blast counts were even evaluable at 6 weeks when ideally they would have been negative. It obviously is going to be interesting to see what blast counts did in peripheral blood over time and then BM biopsy.
