the way i understand it - $YIPI was under the impression magna converted the shares they received from $YIPI for the full amount owed. Magna said no and they wanted more shares. $YIPI did not want to issue more shares- thus the lawsuit. lawsuits happen sometimes. results - magna will get mummies butt no shares. a win win for all it seems to me.
