Here, I'll spoon feed the facts...

Keevil was terminated as an officer of Sarissa but he wasn't terminated as a director because that requires shareholder approval.

Mgmt could terminate him as director of the subsidiaries (Niostar etc) bc they have control of the shares.

Scott opted to resign and that requires an announcement as a material event.

Aren't PRs about material events what some always have a hissy fit about?

If someone just posted here that Scott resigned from the board, the argument would be that it's not true because it wasn't PR'd. Ridiculous.
