So let me get this straight. The controlling shareholders aka the board of directors couldn't terminate keevil as a director without a shareholder vote but they can sell the asset without a shareholder vote? No. They had control of the shares and voted to sell the asset. So why didn't they vote about keevil?
Why would keevil step down of his own free will after these guys terminated him? Keevil is supposedly pissed about it. So why not make them spend the money to remove him?
Tell me you thought keevil was still on the "new BoD".
