Tablet market is pretty much dead, but big smartphones are still hurting the PC market.

Smartphones are very useful, but they are a PC replacement in any way. If they are still hurting the PC market, it is in terms of share-of-wallet, not as a functional replacement.

Hopefully we may have an answer for that situation as well

In terms of Intel providing a mobile SoC? Or PC becoming a Smartphone alternative.

I think the first will happen over time, but not the second. I think both smartphone and PC have their own value.
