I rarely use a laptop anymore, only when I have to when traveling. Most of my basic use is done on a phone, luxury computing time is done on desktop.
Intel and competitive mobile SoCs -- will believe it when I can go to the electronics store and I see phones that people actually want to buy powered by Intel silicon.
I believe them now that they say they are a credible modem player because I can go to the Apple store and buy an iPhone with an Intel modem if I want to. That has to be the fundamental test, anything else is just slideware.
