"which by all indications is very effective as a muscle relaxant"

What specific indications? I actually looked for them and was only able to find a few niche studies that supported this contention. Everything else, I found, was promotional BS from companies or organizations with a clear vested interest in selling CBD oil.

So please explain, in a little more detail, why you believe the TAUG CBD oil, will be profitable this time, while TAUG's first approach failed miserably.

Over the next 12 months, will the "market" be US only?

Who are the distributors?

What is the expected revenue?

What is the expected profit?

Why would potential customers buy the TAUG product instead of established ones?

What will be the price?

How will TAUG be coping with the DEA?

Having said that, there seems to be MUCH stronger supportive evidence, for CBD oil as a treatment for some types of seizures. However, the CBD oil was ingested orally, not rubbed on, and the effective relief target seemed to be to the brain, not muscles. My point being that I'm not anti CBD oil, or marijuana "medicines", where there are clear potential benefits for those who are suffering. I am staunchly against "natural" cures for cancer, weight loss, hair growth etc., when there is little to no evidence of the efficacy.

Traveling "medicine men" used to sell lotions and potions that were often referred to as snake oil. Most of this kind of activity has disappeared from our world today. But a few still exist to prey on the gullible.
